Hello my name is Sydney Wyrick and I am a Junior at Texas State University. I currently major in Digital Media Innovation and minor in Computer Science. I also love drawing. I have been drawing since elementary. When I chose this major. I wanted to combine those elements when it came to designing websites and other publishing.

I do many things like painting traditionally with acrylic, watercolor, oil pastel, oil stick, and many other mediums. I also recently started doing digital art on Procreate. I occasionally do commissions and sell some pieces. My other hobbies include: watching shows on Netflix, following fashion, I also recently started gaining interest in doing nails. I always wanted to combine fashion and my art in ways that can be wearable, so keep an eye out for that.

In the future I hope to work in Web development and UI/UX development. I have experience working with Adobe cloud apps including Indesign and Adobe Photoshop, drawing platforms like Procreate, Microsoft Office 365, and Canva. These have been really resourceful when it came to growing my skills in Web designing and development, Media Design, and UX design. Along with these skills I have knowledgble skills in HTML, CSS, Java and C++.
